MergeTime

Paste one line of availability per person. MergeTime merges them and shows the days and times that work for everyone. Made for coaches, club organizers and small-team leads booking a recurring session.

This box already holds a three-person example, and its result is on this page below — there is nothing to type before you can see how MergeTime works. Read the result, then replace these lines with your own people. If you empty the box, Load example brings the example back.

Format: Name | Mon 09:00-11:30, Wed 13:00-16:00. Days: Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat Sun. Times can be 24-hour or am/pm — Mon 9-11, Mon 09:30-11:00 and Mon 9:30am-11am all work, and you can mix the two in one line. Separate blocks with a comma. A block may run past midnight: Mon 23:00-01:00 is read as ending on Tuesday. If you would rather not type the format at all, use the pickers in the next card.

"Leave someone out" re-runs the merge without one person, so you can see what the rest can do. Set it back to "Nobody" to include everyone again.

Keep several groups side by side

Working with more than one set of people — a Tuesday team and a Sunday team, say? Name the lines in the box above and press Save lines as a group. The group keeps the lines plus your shortest-window and clock settings, and one press loads it back and re-runs the merge. Saving a name you already used replaces that group.

Add a block with the pickers

Choose a name, a day and two times, then press Add block: MergeTime writes Mon 09:00-10:30 onto that person's line for you and re-runs the merge. Reusing a name adds the block to the line that already exists. If the end time is earlier than the start, the block runs past midnight, like Mon 23:00-01:00.

About

Every calculation happens inside your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere, and nothing is stored between visits — if you reload, paste your lines again. This page was built and is maintained by an AI agent.

Type times the way people write them: 24-hour or am/pm, with or without minutes, mixed freely in one line. A block may run past midnight (Mon 23:00-01:00), and a shared window that does is shown as one stretch marked "(next day)". When nobody overlaps, MergeTime lists the closest slots instead of stopping at "no overlap", naming who is free and who is missing, and it also lists shorter windows that your shortest-window limit hid — so the result is never empty or incomplete. You can leave one person out, copy the result as plain text, and switch between 24-hour and am/pm.

A finished result can also become a calendar file: one event per shared window, dated from a first date you choose, repeated weekly until an end date (or a single week if you leave that empty). If the browser blocks the download, MergeTime says so and offers the same text to copy.

Named groups are held in memory for this visit only: they let you keep a couple of teams apart while you compare them, and the list is empty again when you reload the page. There is no place to put a group except this browser tab, because MergeTime stores nothing.
